Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the One Tap World app and website (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

One Tap World provides daily one-tap skill challenges, practice modes, scores, streaks, leaderboards, Nations Race standings, an interactive world map, shareable result cards, and link-only "Tap Battles" among friends. The Service runs on anonymous accounts, so you can play without an email address or social login.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement with us.

Your account

We create an anonymous account for you automatically. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account and device. Your gameplay data and profile choices are stored on your device and on our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fair play

• Do not manipulate the app, its network requests, scores, timers or leaderboards.
• Do not use bots, automation, modified clients, or any tool that interferes with normal play.
• Do not submit more than the allowed official ranked attempt for a daily challenge.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or our systems without authorization.

We use automated and manual checks to keep rankings fair, and we may remove scores, reset rankings, or restrict accounts that breach these rules.

Display names and content

You are responsible for the display name and any content you choose. Do not use names or content that are abusive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, impersonating, or that infringe someone else's rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your display name, player tag, country, avatar and scores as part of the Service, including on public leaderboards. We may moderate, change or remove content or names that violate these Terms.

Public leaderboards

Leaderboards are public. Your display name, player tag, country, avatar and scores may be visible to other players in the app and on our website. Do not include private information in your display name.

Advertising

The Service may offer optional rewarded ads provided through Google AdMob, subject to the consent prompt described in our Privacy Policy. Watching an ad is voluntary. We do not currently charge for the Service, and there are no in-app purchases in the core game.

No prizes

One Tap World is a casual skill challenge for entertainment. Unless clearly stated in separate, written rules, scores, ranks and streaks do not award cash, prizes or any real-world value.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and the Service may be unavailable during maintenance, testing or rollout. Daily challenges, seasons, scores and rankings may be reset, including during testing periods.

Deleting your account; termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your data from our servers and clears it from your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its players.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and rankings will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Tap World will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at One Tap World's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
